2. Vendor Terms
Vendor Registration: Creators must register and provide accurate details, including payment information.
Commission & Fees: ToyModelers.com charges a 25% platform fee on each sale.
Payment Processing: Vendors receive payments within 48 hours after a sale, directly to their registered payment account.
Product Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their 3D models are high quality, correctly formatted, and free from copyright violations.
Copyright & Ownership: Vendors must own full rights to the 3D models they upload. Any violations may result in account suspension.
3. Buyer Terms
No Refunds on Digital Products: All digital 3D model purchases are final and non-refundable. Buyers must review descriptions before purchasing.
Refunds on Physical Products: Refunds for physical 3D models are available within 10 days of delivery, with a 10% deduction.
Buyer Risk: Buyers purchase models at their own risk. ToyModelers.com does not guarantee the accuracy or compatibility of any model.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Vendor Ownership: Vendors retain ownership rights over their uploaded models but grant ToyModelers.com a license to display, promote, and sell their content.
No Unauthorized Distribution: Buyers are not allowed to resell, distribute, or share purchased 3D models.
Copyright Violations: Any claims of copyright infringement must be reported to support@toymodelers.com.
5. Platform Usage Rules
Users must not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Any attempt to bypass fees, commit fraud, or abuse the system will result in account suspension.
ToyModelers.com reserves the right to remove any content or suspend users without notice if they violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
ToyModelers.com is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from purchases or sales made through the platform.
We do not guarantee earnings, sales, or success for vendors.
